Desiderata, from an original handwritten piece done into a spiral from outside to in.
Dating back to the 1920s, Desiderata is a firm favourite amongst our customers. It is generally regarded as having been written by Max Ehrmann. However, a second story surrounds the origins of these words, this relates to its discovery on a headstone found in a Baltimore, USA, cemetery as advice to the descendants of the person who wrote it, this was supposedly from 1695.
As always, the wording for this work is included as a separate sheet with your purchase.
